Patient Information

Patients' personal and medical information will be collected in accordance with provincial regulations for acupuncturists outlined by the College & Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta and the Health Professions Act. Patients are required to review and consent to the privacy policy during their intake process.

Personal and medical information is treated with full confidentiality, stored securely on the clinic's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform Jane App, and will only be disclosed to third parties with the patient's permission or when required by law.
