Cancellation Policy

A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the practitioner's day that could be filled by another patient, and results in a loss of compensation for the practitioner's time. As such Bowness Acupuncture requires 24 hours notice of any appointment change or cancellation.

 

The following fees apply:

 

Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of appointment fee 

Missed appointment/No show - 100% of appointment fee

This fee may be waived in the case of an emergency or last minute illness. We ask that you reach out to cancel as soon as possible in this case.

Fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file and a receipt will be emailed to you.
