Late cancellations and missed appointments result in an empty slot that could be filled by another client, a loss of livelihood for the practitioner, and loss of time that goes into preparing for each session - so we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you can't make your appointment.

The following fees apply for all non-medical cancellations within 24 hours: 

-Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of appointment fee

-Less than 3 hours notice or missed appointment - 100% of appointment fee
